Public Offer

1. General provisions

This Offer sets out the terms on which the Operator provides access to the Service. It becomes a binding agreement between the Operator and the person who accepts it (the "Partner") upon acceptance as described in Section 3. No paper contract or handwritten signature is required.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Operator provides the Partner with access to the functionality of the Service (software for deploying and managing VPN infrastructure on the Partner’s own servers) under the tariffs selected by the Partner in the dashboard.

The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are incorporated into this Offer by reference and form an integral part of it. The nature of the Service, the parties’ obligations, limitations of liability and dispute resolution are governed by the Terms of Use.

3. Acceptance

Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer occurs when the Partner makes a payment for the Service (topping up the Balance or purchasing Pro) and/or registers for and uses the Service. Making a payment constitutes agreement to this Offer, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, without the need to sign a separate document.

4. Fees and settlement

Prices are those shown in the dashboard at the time a charge is applied. The Service operates on a prepaid model: funds are credited to the Partner’s Balance after confirmation by the payment provider, and charges are then applied according to the applicable tariff. The Pro subscription is a fixed-period charge taken from the Balance. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Amounts are stated in euro (EUR) unless indicated otherwise.

5. No refunds

All payments are final. The Balance is non-refundable, cannot be cashed out, and has no value outside the Service. By paying, the Partner requests that the digital service begin immediately and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agrees to the loss of any right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Refund terms are set out in more detail in the Terms of Use.

6. Term and changes

This Offer is effective indefinitely until withdrawn or amended by the Operator. The Operator may amend this Offer; changes take effect on a going-forward basis from the moment the updated version is published. Each new payment constitutes acceptance of the version of the Offer in force at that time.

7. Liability and disputes

Liability, warranties, governing law and the resolution of disputes are governed by the Terms of Use, which apply to this Offer in full.

The party making this Offer is the operator of the CreateYourVPN platform. You can contact the Operator through the support form available on our website and inside the partner dashboard.

9. Language

This document may be provided in several languages for convenience. The English version is the governing text; in the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the English version prevails.
